Pets are cremated individually ensuring you are only receiving your pet's cremated remains. A private animal only cremation chamber is used.

What are your normal business hours?
We are available 24 hours a day, however our normal business hours are Monday -Friday from 9:00-4:30 p.m and Saturday from 10:00-1:00 p.m. If you need our services outside of our normal business hours, please call (248)437-1616. Please note, an additional fee will apply for service outside of normal business hours.
Payment is appreciated when your pet is dropped off.
Do you cremate any pet?
Yes, we cremate almost any animal. We offer cremation for dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and exotic pets. Please call for pricing on animals over 175 lbs.
My pet has died. What do I do next?
If your pet has passed away, at the veterinary office or home, you may bring your pet to our facility in South Lyon. We do require an appointment during office hours which is Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 4:30pm or Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please call (248) 437-1616 to schedule. After-hour appointments and home pick-up are available upon request for an additional fee.
What if my pet dies at the veterinary office?
You may bring your pet to us from the veterinary office or we can pick up from any local vet for a nominal charge. When the final appointment is made with the veterinarian, we ask you let us know so we can coordinate with the vet for an immediate pick up.
What if my pet dies outside of normal business hours?
You may call our after hours phone line (248)437-1616 any time. You may also call on Saturday or Sunday to schedule an appointment for Monday. Our staff is available of come to your local residence or to meet you at our local facility for an additional fee when contacted to pick up or drop off your pet outside of normal operating hours.
If you would like to wait to contact us during normal hours you may keep your pet in a cool area wrapped in a blanket. You may wish to remove any collars, place any special memory items with your pet, or keep a lock of hair.
Can I purchase an upgraded urn, headstone, or jewelry?
Yes, we offer specialized urns, headstones or parting stones keepsakes. See the link below for products offered.
What will I receive after the cremation is completed?

Memorial Cremation Certificate
Clay ($45.00) ,Ink Paw Print ($40) or Fur Clipping in keepsake envelope ($20) is available upon request prior to cremation taking place for additional fee. Urn selection available using link above.
